    Making changes to your order

    If it’s still early in the order process, you can get in touch to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. You can also cancel your order and place a new one with the items you want.

    Typically, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order after your submission.

    Cancel your order

    You can usually cancel your order immediately after it’s placed, before the order is too far along in the process. Keep in mind, process times vary from store to store.

    To cancel your order:

    1. Click Menu .
    2. Click Orders.
      •  If your order can still be canceled, you’ll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.
      • If you don’t see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process. In some cases, we may be able to reach the seller in time to cancel your order.

    If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible.

    We'll do our best to assist you in making the necessary changes. Keep in mind that once the order has been processed and shipped, address modifications may not be possible.
